These Terms of Service govern your use of JAMJU ("the Service"). By using JAMJU, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

JAMJU is an inventory management and reselling tool that helps users track items, manage receipts, and list products on third-party marketplaces. JAMJU is not a marketplace itself and is not responsible for any transactions you conduct on third-party platforms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@jamju.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the content you create in JAMJU — your inventory, photos, and data. By using JAMJU, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

5. Subscription and payments

JAMJU offers Free, Premium ($10/month), and Professional ($29/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@jamju.cc within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.

The first month of the Professional plan is free for new subscribers with no credit card required for the trial period.

6. Third-party integrations

JAMJU integrates with third-party services including eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, and others. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms. JAMJU is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, service interruptions, or any transactions conducted on third-party platforms.

7. AI features

JAMJU uses AI to generate listing titles, descriptions, and price suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing. JAMJU makes no warranty that AI suggestions are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. JAMJU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST SALES, MISSED LISTINGS, OR PLATFORM FEES ARISING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMJU'S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of JAMJU after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
